Mid-Jersey Selects

The Mid-Jersey Selects are spring tournament teams composed of the top youth hockey players from the Central New Jersey area.  For the 2011 season, the MJS will field 10 teams (U18, U16, ’97, ’98, ’99, ’00, ’01/’02, U19 Girls, and U16 Girls). 

All MJS players will receive the following:

• 2 Tournaments *
• 12 On ice practice and skill sessions
• 12 Off ice training sessions *
• Expert on and off ice training by experinced coaches and former NCAA College hockey players
• Team Game Jerseys (to be returned)
• Team Socks
• Practice Jersey

Total Cost: $975.00  $725.00

* ’01/’02 Team will receive 4 off-ice training sessions and will play in one tournament.  $525.00

Tryout Information for the 2011 Spring Hockey Season:

• One tryout date/time per level. 
• All perspective players must attend.
• All tryouts are free!
• The Mid-Jersey Selects will try to acquire a blanket release from as many local youth hockey clubs as possible.  If we are unable to secure this from your club, then you will be required to bring a release the night of tryouts.  Those clubs that give us the blanket release will be listed on the website in the upcoming days.
• All players making a team will be required to have a parent/guardian on hand after tryouts to sign a contract and give a deposit.

• ’01/’02 – Wed. 3/23  6:15pm
• ’00 and ’99 - Mon. 3/21  7:10pm 
• ’98 and ’97 – Tues. 3/22  7:25pm
• U16 – Wed. 3/23  7:25pm
• U18 – Wed. 3/23  8:35pm
